《So This Is Christmas》这首歌的原名是“Happy Xmas (War is Over)”，是甲壳虫乐队的灵魂人物约翰•列侬（John Lennon）和妻子 Yoko Ono于1971年圣诞节前，10月28日晚间在纽约住的饭店房间里写出的作品，10月29日晨进录音室录制完成。这首歌当时是为反越战而作，却意外成为西方圣诞歌曲中经久不衰的经典名曲。
